Biography
David is the Sydney Practice Group Head for the Real Estate division, and specialises in telecommunications rollouts, property acquisitions and disposals, and leases and tenancies.
He has acted for Optus, one of Australia's largest mobile phone companies, since its establishment. This has included work on the Australia-wide acquisition for GSM greenfield, rooftop and co-location/tri-location sites; the sale by Optus Mobile to Crown Castle of more than 700 tower sites; and coordinating the Australia-wide property acquisition program.
He also project manages Hutchison's national legal team on its 3G rollout program.
David is a member of the Property Law Committee and Future Directions Committee of Property Council of Australia.
